My good friend, UFC Middleweight Contender Alan Belcher is sharing a healthy 24 day Challenge/eating plan. He uses it and so does his students, (professionals and regular Joes and Janes) to lose or control their weight in the short and long term.

The Challenge includes:
--A 10 day herbal cleanse
--His personal nutritionist's eating plan
--A long term healthy, maintenance eating plan.

Sign up at the front desk with your name and Email. I started today, and I plan to get everybody started in early June.

What is most important in my school? The character of all students, kids and adults. BJJ is a process, so is developing our character. LS
